don't know if there's a program to fake the country tag/id. i had other accounts registered in different countries just to get the country 'tag' code and rank: indonesia, hongkong, macau, and philippines. but when i'm in macau now and all these accounts fall under macau. so i think, regardless where you created an account, your LOCATION will always appear as your country code...
