How to make your own server!

Step 1 : Getting JDK
-JDK Can be downloaded at the following link : Java SE Downloads
- If you download JDK make sure you downloaded the latest version and download the Windows Offline Installation And The Windows Online Installation!

Step 2 : Getting No-ip
-Register at no-ip from the following link : No-IP - The DNS Service Provider
-Download no-ip client from the following link : Download a Free Dynamic DNS Update client for your dynamic IP

Step 3 : Environment Variables
-See The Picture Below!

Then :-

Click view system information then click advanced then click environment variables
after that click up new!
then enter this in the variable name :

Code:

CLASSPATH

Type it in the capital letter so it can work!
then type this at the variable value :

CLASSPATH=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_10\bin;%CLASSPATH%;

Then click ok
then click new again the up one and call the variable name as :

Code:

PATH

After that enter the variable value as :

Code:

C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_10\bin;

After that click ok and ok until it closes and your almost done!

Step 4 : Having a source!
-Getting a source , you can download a good source its very nice for all people and its allstar-scape v2
-Link for source : UppIT! Free File Hosting

Step 5 : Having a ip so people can login!
-Ok open your no-ip DUC after that Host retrieval complete. To add/remove hosts, click here , click the click here after To add/remove hosts!
-Then after you open it click add host and enter the server ip you want your server to be but wait just make a server name dont change anything else , when your done click "Create Host" , then open your open your no-ip DUC and right click and click "Refresh Host List" and your done!

Step 6 : Portforwarding! (Wireless People Dont Need To Do This , Only People With Routers)
-if your using wireless that means your done and dont do this step!
-if your using a router you must follow the following link : PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall
-choose your router and click it then it says what game you want to portforward , simply just click a any game , when your done make sure your portforwarded at port "43594" so just ingore the other port of the game you choose.

Step 7 : Onning your server and making your self owner!
-open your server files and then look for a bat called RUNSERVER.BAT or RUN.BAT
-now making your self owner open a file called "characters" , open it and then look for your name and open it , then edit the "character-rights = 0" just change it and make it 3 for owner and 2 for admin and 1 for mod and 4 for hidden admin!
