Hopping.
its fairly stright foward. for example. the gold rush hill in LNAtrickjump map.
start off by, Strafe+sprintjump+mouseflick all together. use strafe [left and right keys] press space or +jump as soon as you land and strafe when you do land. and carry on. takes practice. but i did some of the jumps in about 2 weeks.
Good luck. and ETBOT 2.60 has bunny jump but its kinda useless coz its out of time.
