My Settings are as follows, you may be able to use other settings.

Effects: Medium
Geometry: Medium
Texture: Medium
Lighting: Low
Dynamic Shadows: Off
Dynamic Light: Off
Anti-aliasing: 2x
texture filtering: low
View Distance: 100%
It Should not give you more than a 2 min ban from PB once/if detected. It has no pb killing / screen shot evading code.
There are no hotkeys currently as i do not find a use for them, if you need them, ill add them.
