Hi, to all pro programmers here.
sorry that i post up this beginner level stuff, but i hope to contribute after i've been getting so much information from here.
i've been found a solution to by pass the game guard from here. the abbys server. however, it is a fully functional web server program, hence, my poor old celeron pc having problem since i only have 256MB ram (32MB shared for display).
so i made this tiny webserver which its function same as abbys server to resolve my problem. hope those who using old pc systems can benefit from it.
however, so far i only did it for Maple SEA due to i don't know where to find maple global and others game guard. if you know where to find, please PM me in my website for even better, email me so that i will able to make more version for people to download.
hehe, i put the file in the same file hosting server with maple SEA.
thank you.
it is an installer.
if you have modified your host file, please make a backup of the host file since my installer will automatically replace it.
Instructions:
It is very simple and user friendly.
After you download the installer, just install it, it will automatically run after the installation finish. you can see the icon at the tray bar.
see this pic
KKGGE Pic1
after that, you can straight run your UCE and play as usual.
you might see the game guard is updating, dun worry, it is actually downgrading to older version.
the Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator will automatically run everytime you restart your PC, so, you don't need to start it up everytime you need to use it.
just in case if the Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator didn't automatically start after you restart the PC, you can always start it up from the start menu.
Issues
there might be some reason why you can't run the Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator.
1. You are running a web server or any software that uses port 80 on your PC. turn it off before you start the Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator.
2. You are using annonymizer software that might be using port 80 such as TOR. disable TOR from starting up when windows boot. althought it might able to run while TOR is running, but i still recommend you to disable the TOR to start up with the windows.
3. You play with the configuration heh? Resinstall It!!!
whenever there is problem with Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator, just reinstall it. then the problem will be solve.
for those who are already using Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator, you will see a cute page by browsing http://localhost or http://127.0.0.1.
and also, you will found that there is 2 more url shortcut at the start menu. 1 is for go to my website where it is a public site for my Game Guard Emulator. while another one, hehehehe just try to use your internet browser to browse at http://maplesea.com without the www. prefix. you'll go to the Katie Kitty's Game Guard Emulator's users exclusive site. however, if you want to go to the official maplesea site, just add the www. prefix, you will still able to go to the official maplesea web site.
anyway, thanks for spending time to read this post. enjoy your hacking!
