*rotation is now "limited" if the menu is ON
*added the "OpenMenu" console command
*mouse shuld now be visible anytime you want
*added "HandleCommand" command

whit the "HandleCommand 'menuitem'" command you can
turn all menu items on/off just look at the menu
and take the itemname WHITOUT the : to turn it on/off
for example: "HandleCommand WallHack" will
turn the WallHack ON or OFF
