Put the S-E3 to your America's Army/Sounds folder. [MAKE A BACKUP OF THE ORIGINAL FILE, MABY U **** SOMETHING UP!]
Open you User.ini, located in America's Army/System folder. Scroll to the end of the .ini and copy/paste the following there:
Health Bar - Allways enabled. (At the right corner of the screen, next to the green alien ^^)
AutoAim - HOME
No fog - FogOff/FogOn
* No emitters - EmitOff/EmitOn (Emitters disabled by default.)
* Firerate - Firerate #
ESP - INSERT
* Admin say - Asay
* Name change - aname
No recoil - Allways enabled.
Door hack - END
Wallhack - DELETE
Zoom In/Out - MouseWheel Up/Down
ROF 1 (Single) - 8
ROF 3 (Automatic)- 9
For beginners:

AutoAim- Automatically aims at your enemies.
No fog- Removes the world fog.
No emitters- Removes effects such as smoke, muzzle flash.
Firerate #- Changes the weapons RPM (Rounds per minute)
ESP- Shows enemies name and health above them.
Admin say- Sends the admin message in the middle of the screen.
No recoil- Removes the weapon movement when firing, allso removes scope movement.
Door hack- Open all doors from any distance.
Wallhack- Lets you see enemies through walls and other objects.
Zoom In/Out- Allows you to zoom in/out using the mousewheel.
ROF- Rate of Fire. Options are 1=Single and 3=Automatic.
