my friend is wondering if i could get him an ip changer and i found one here but i can't get it so could sumone please post one here thnx

sorry for taking such a long time to reply... havent been on.........ok here it is and its a little complicated to use because it has a key gen and.... u will see...theres no viruses so dont worry you can even scan it ur self but i cant give u the file now because they wont let me attach files sorry .. so it will be delayed

hmm guys, there is no way u can change ur IP
ur external one that is. This is fixed at your ISP (its not for some people tho)

but there are no tools to actualy change this, or i am VERY wrong
