UT 99 Helios Hook

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew where I can get the latest version of the Helios Hook? I have version 3.1 and is getting picked up by latest anit cheat software. This is also for the game Unreal Tournament 99 or game of the year edition. If you have any info would appraciate it alot if you don't know do you know where I can go to get some info or something that will work just the same that will past the latest stuff.
