simple hax

alright..im a n00b with hacking... i have had a wallhack where u press numpad 1,2,3,4 for different wallhacks... doesnt work now cuz of the new t skins i need a simple hack for speed or walls that have binded keys like this none of that console stuff everything i download doesnt seem to work well..
plz help me sum1!!!!
