Whats up guys?

I am in the military, just got back from Iraq a month ago and i'm a little rusty on coding and programming so i was wondering if you guys could help me out. I have the source code for a program and I can't figure out how to get it working! It would be great if you guys could help me out, and if anyone gets this working for me i would pay them a little cash for their efforts

. The source code is at the bottom of the page from the link i gave here. The main problem is the EXE link on that page doesn't work. That's why im trying to use the source code to get the file working again.
