I am looking for this hack searching all over MPC forum but just couldnt find it. It is under ijji company game with gameguard protected.

ijji - Where Gamers Unite!

If anyone will to be the first to upload one up, it will be great.

Well lemme help you out there:

1) You cannot make a real HACK for Drift City.
2) You can only 'hack' (more of bot) perfect timing (IE: It's basically a bot that runs the course in the absolute BEST possible time)

my hack refering to something like this. It was able to use but patched.
