need help starting hack counter-strike1.5

please please answer me for this question pleaaaaas!!!

i downloaded a hack kalled [M]atrix.zip
it worked fine but ,but now when i start this hack
i creat a game and everything dissapears
and second if i start the cs with the hack and go to "console"
it dissapears to its like my console cant read it

p.s: i already download up to 20 hacks an didi like that it wortked but now it isn't

p.s: its about counter-strike 1.5 also known as cs 1.5
