Stop CSS permanent Ban

Hi,

the ideas is, to get a coder to write a virus which will be detected from VAC as cheat.

If there are enough users who get banned without cheating, Valve have to stop this policy.

Is there a failsafe solution that VAC cannot detect if its really a cheat or virus?

Any Ideas how to best spread it into CSS network?

The reason why to do this:

VAC bans permanent, to get cheaters (and them Valve told so) to pay again for CSS. They delay the ban, to let cheaters on the servers to have reason for the ban. Many people who did not cheat were banned. If you dislike a CSS gamer who trust you, you can simple ban him. There is no way to get the money back.
