fs wallhack + wallhack changer (cs:s)

well,

i use that cheat on cs:s, its a nice wallhack but why its name is fs wallhack + wallhackCHANGER? it means i can change that wallhack ? when i can then how?

i downloaded the mother fucker and everytime i click open it some white thing comes up and said uhh somthing about an error or some shit and the program wont run

how do i make it working? just open it and click entpacken and put those files to C:/Program files/Valve/Steam/Steamapps/ure user/counter-strike/cstrike ... im an estonian but even i can handel it
