ogcq3-3.0 Help

I just downloaded NightNinja's ogcq3 hack for Quake 3, and I can't pull up any menus, or do anything.

Can someone help me on the installation?

i was having trouble as well..i figured out that the hacks only work for version 1.32..anybody know how you can get em for 1.3?

P.S.
if you want to use them with a specific mod it needs to be in the mod folder ( i believe)
