I've put an extra .rar file in the rar file so it would be more than 5MB (rapidpoints ).
The only important files are in ventrilo.rar.
When you unrar ventrilo.rar , your antivirus will give a false positive saying it's some kind of trojan. So you better exclude a folder from your anti-virus and put it in there so that it won't delete te ventrilo.dll.

Use:
-unrar ventrilo.rar (it's inside the ax.rar) to any folder (with antivirus exception) except the steamfolder
-execute ventrilo.exe (No window will popup - it's a lan-hack)
-start cs source
-go in a server
-press numpad 1 and than numpad 4/3
aimbot commands:
numpad 1: activate
numpad 2: deactivate
numpad 3: aimbot that spectators won't notice.
numpad 4: obvious aimbot, spectators will notice

If you get a lagshock after pressing numpad 1/2/3/4 , you are sure that the hack works.

-to disinject the hack, close cs source. When you restart cs source without clicking the ventrilo.exe again, It will not be injected anymore.
-do not exec ventrilo.exe when cs source is open.
